Julia Roberts listed her ultra luxurious Kauai Hawaii home on the market for $17 million.

The Pretty Woman actress and husband Danny Moder, who are blessed with three children, decided to sell the property they bought in 2009 for an original price of $10 million. This, after they found another Hawaiian property that they want to purchase.

It is an 8.92-acre ranch-style property located on the North Shore of Kuai. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, guest cottage, refinished kitchen, and more than 1,800 sq feet living space. The newly remodeled home also boasts of plank wood floors, vaulted ceiling, heavy-duty wood beams, clerestory windows, and hardwood floors. On the ocean side, the house has wood-framed glass doors and a wraparound of windows offering a panoramic view of Mt. Makana and the Limahuli Valley. It also has a separate guest cottage with additional bedroom and bathroom.

Moreover, Julia and Danny already own a three acre beachfront Faye Estate on Hanalei Bay they bought in November 2011 for $13.4 million.
