According to Rap-Up, the rapper commissioned Eliantte to create an iced-out necklace with the initials YM as a large pendant. While the price of the necklace was not revealed, it reportedly set him back by a few hundred thousand dollars.

Cita Double-Sided Ring

Days after the Lil Weezyana Fest in 2019, Lil Wayne purchased several custom diamond chains for his team from Eliantte and bought a special ring for himself. The double-sided jewel was a three-sided ring that could be flipped from both sides. During an Instagram video, he showed off the ring and focused on the words CITA iced out on the top. Cita is Lil Wayne’s mother's nickname.
