His Twitter account is becoming the perfect medium for his meltdowns, including a baffling tweet where he claimed Bill Cosby was innocent and defended his rude lyric about Taylor Swift on his most recent release, The Life of Pablo. He also admits he's broke, and wants moguls like Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerbergto invest dozens of millions into Kanye West himself.

Television personality and modern life know-it-all Dr. Phil has decided to take it upon himself to diagnose West, whom he believes is "working at it." James Corden of The Late Late Show recently had the doctor on (as well as rapper Bow Wow, who defended West) to talk about the prolific rapper. Here's what the psychologist had to say:
