Walt Disney's Hocus Pocus was a cult classic American horror fantasy comedy film in 1993. The film's first release in cinemas was not a massive hit. The film director was Kenny Ortega, who also directed the immensely successful High School Musical films. The movie was about a teenager Max Dennison who hates Halloween and accidentally resurrects three witches from their temporary death. He must protect his sister with the help of an immortal black cat, a friendly zombie, and his classmate crush.

There was a sequel to the movie called Hocus Pocus2. They released the film on Disney plus on September 30, 2022, where Winifred(Bette Midler), Mary(Kathy Najimy), and Sarah(Sarah Jessica Parker) follow in the same cast as the Sanderson Sisters (the three witches). The sequel featured a cast of new young actors, Froy Gutierrez, Lilia Buckingham, and Whitney Peak.

Whitney Peak –$1.4 million

The Ugandan-Canadian actress starred in a few shows, including HBO Max’s revival of the Gossip Girl. Other works include the Netflix series Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and the Apple TV series Home Before Dark. Peak’s debut film was Molly’s Game in 2017 made her famous but made her professional acting in a film titled Campfire Kiss in the same year.

Lilia Buckingham - $3 Million

Buckingham started acting in a local musical production at a young age. She and friends Mackenzie and Maddie Zeigler danced with the MNR Dance Factory, where they grew their online platform and became internet celebrities. Her minor role in an episode of Modern Family made her debut on television in 2012. The actress has not starred in many films outside her latest movie Hocus Pocus 2 though she made an excellent credential on her way through stardom.

Hannah Waddingham – $4 Million

Waddingham is best known for her performance in the musical comedy Spamalot. Kathy Najimy got her breakthrough screen role as Sister Mary Patrick in Sister Act (1992) and reprised the position in the film's sequel in 1993. Najimy had supporting and recurring roles in shows like Ugly Betty, Desperate Housewives, Veronica's Closet, and Veep.
