There is no shortage of famous celebrities out there who are known for their partying. After all, they couldn't sing about partying all night long if they didn't go out and do said partying.

Whether it is abusing alcohol, drugs, or a combination of the two, the 22 individuals on this list have all had some extreme moments when it comes to partying. We're talking spending $2,500 a day on drugs kind of partying. You think Lohan can party? Well, she's just the tip of the iceberg, which includes one individual who dropped a ridiculous one million dollars in one booze-filled strip club party. There's making it rain and then there's making it flood!

We've also got the people on the list who also have some pretty ridiculous former sex habits. Did you know Angelina Jolie's sexual interest in bondage, threesomes and all kinds of risque bedroom habits? No, you didn't? Well you're about to find out all about it!

Along with listing 22 of the biggest party people to ever hit Hollywood, there are highlights of their partying career, whether it's the time Miley got drunk and topless or the time Biebs decided to make it rain at a strip club. It's all in here, and so much more.

To some of these people's credit, like Robert Downey Jr., they've cleaned up their image, but that still doesn't change some of the biggest party moments from their past.

I did my best to rank them but as you'll find by the end, all 22 of these people know how to get ridiculously crazy, or, well... did because the top two are unfortunately dead.

As an added bonus, several of the stars on this list also had the honor of some photos of them in their less than sober moments being leaked on the internet. So, enjoy, and the next time you find yourself messed up, at least you can say you aren't as bad as Macaulay Culkin!

22. Wiz Khalifa - Spends $120,000 A Year On Weed

Now to be fair, you're going to have to spend a lot of money on marijuana to make it on this list. Thankfully, Wiz meets the mark. The rapper has stated that he reportedly spends roughly $10,000 a month on weed. Shockingly, when his tour bus was searched, they found marijuana on board and Wiz was arrested and charged with possession.

To be fair, if you're going to party all night with no sleep, marijuana is probably not the only drug that you're going to be ingesting. Wiz has also been spotted in the past with stacks and stacks of cash at the Ace of Diamonds Strip Club. Bonus fact: He was partying it up with Snoop.

21. Rihanna - Spent $100,000 At A Strip Club

Rihanna may like to sing about being the only girl in the world, but she also knows how to party it up with other ladies (read: strippers) around. When she decided to party it up with Drake, Future, Bun B and August Alsina at V-Live strip club, she decided to go big by dropping over $100,000. Drake and Rihanna were seen literally making it rain in the club because honestly, if you had $100,000 in your hand, you probably would too.

The two clearly aren't afraid to have a good time together, as they were spotted partying until 5 am after putting on a sexy performance at the Brit Awards.

A party-goer stated, "Rihanna was grinding and twerking into him, and they kissed in full view of the floor. They were having such a good time, they didn’t even notice it was 5:30 am."

20. Lindsay Lohan - 27th Birthday In Rehab

When Lohan had to spend her 27th birthday in rehab, it may have been a sign that she parties just a little bit too hard. In a tell-all interview with Oprah, Lohan admitted that she had used cocaine between 10 to 15 times, but alcohol was her biggest addiction. It's hard to argue with her when you consider she has been arrested multiple times for incidences centered around drinking.

She claimed that she didn't even like doing cocaine, but that she had to do it because it was the only thing that allowed her to keep partying harder and for longer. That is definitely the mindset of someone who needed to take a step back from the party scene.

Lohan has recently taken strides to clean up her act, largely due to her life coach A.J Johnson. So, why is she #20? Because she hasn't spent tens of thousands of dollars in any one given drug or alcohol binge, like most of the other people on this list.

19. Justin Bieber - $75,000 At Strip Club

There is no doubting that Bieber has done some incredibly stupid things when drunk. How about the time he decided to pee in the mop bucket at a restaurant? Or the time that he walked around naked on vacation with Jayde Pierce? Bieber has also been linked to several prominent women, including some at the same time, such as Hailey Baldwin and Kourtney Kardashian.

Biebs, also, is not afraid to party at strip clubs, reportedly ordering up $75,000 in one evening when he went to the Miami strip club, King of Diamonds. There was also the time that he was seen smoking a Cuban cigar, even though they were illegal.

18. Angelina Jolie - Years of Addiction

Angelina Jolie may be one of the most inspirational actresses out there today but that doesn't mean that she didn't used to party way too hard. Jolie's drug dealer, Franklin Meyer, stated that Jolie would receive supplies of cocaine and heroine at least three times a week, which Jolie would often immediately consume in front of him. This apparently went on for three years.

Jolie's partying also extended to her sexuality, which included threesomes and sadomasochism. Jolie was also apparently an exhibitionist and would often ask her friends if she could borrow their bedroom for twenty minutes so that she could go in there and have a quickie.

17. Macaulay Culkin - Monthly Parties Hosted By Him

Culkin is one of the best examples of a child star that took a big turn for the worse. After a string of failed movies, Culkin got himself arrested for possession of marijuana and various pills. Given that he had realized acting wasn't working out for him, in 2012, he took a job working as a DJ in a New York club. This club also had the perk of hosting a party for Culkin every single month. If you're having a party at a club once a month in your honor, you deserve a spot on the list of celebrities who party just a little bit too hard. That being said, one of his parties was dinosaur themed... So, I mean, that would probably be a pretty awesome way to spend a night.

16. Russell Brand - Past Of Addiction

Russell Brand is no longer partying extra hard. He is not shy about his past, in which he battled significant drug and alcohol issues that nearly killed him. On top of this, Brand battled a rampant sex addiction. When asked how many people he had sex with in a month, he answered, "Work out how many days and, here’s a simple rule, triple it! I love it. I’ve a very addictive personality.”

Oh dear! Brand's commitment to sobriety is admirable though, especially when you consider it was one of the factors behind his divorce with Katy Perry. The singer was allegedly all about that party lifestyle, which, as you can imagine, would not sit well with a man who wanted to raise a family and move into a calmer phase of his life.

When talking about his former addiction, he reflected on his personality as well, stating, "I have friends who can smoke weed, swill gin, even do crack, and then merrily get on with their lives. For me this is not an option. I will relinquish all else to ride that buzz to oblivion."

It's a great thing that he's been able to battle his demons, because he has clearly battled a lot in his life.

15. Kate Moss - Four Day Party Bender

Kate Moss is one of the biggest supermodels of all time. You can imagine that if you're fortunate enough to marry her, you'll go ahead with any idea, including having a three day wedding reception that cost an estimated 500,000 Euros. It is insane to think that after what is one of the most emotional days of your life, you'd be up for is to party for three days straight. This wouldn't be the first time Moss tried to party extra hard. In 2009, for her 35th birthday, Moss held a four-day birthday bender, which included two police visits in one night due to noise complaints. One of the neighbors complained about the noise and stated that ever since Moss moved into the neighborhood, it is always like this.

14. Robert Downey Jr. - Stripped Down To Underwear In The Wrong Home

Robert Downey Jr. is a very wealthy man, but there was a time when he was scrubbing pizza pans in the County Jail for 8 cents an hour. Downey found success in the 90s with films such as Charlie Chaplin, but this, unfortunately, seemed to give him income to go off the deep end.

There are several examples of Downey partying just a little too hard. How about the time that he got drunk and ripped on cocaine, broke into a neighbor's house, got down to his underpants and then proceeded to fall asleep? Or what about that time he was found in a rat-infested alley behind a hotel in LA? Oh, and that time he was pulled over after driving his Porsche drunk on Sunset Boulevard while holding a stash of drugs an unloaded .357 magnum revolver?

Yeah, uh, Downey has had some times.

When faced in front of a judge, Downey stated, "Taking drugs to me is like having a shotgun in my mouth with my finger on the trigger, and I like the taste of the gun metal."

These battles also resulted in him being fired from the show Ally McBeal after he was found wandering around LA, barefoot and high as a kite. This is not great for someone on probation!

When asked about his transformation, he stated, "I used to say that I’d welcome a bullet to the forehead if I ever ended up as a forty something, remarried, marketable, big-action movie dad living in a cosy, cul-de-sac in suburban LA. Now, I am that guy!"

13. Miley Cyrus - Got Drunk And Topless

When it comes to describing how Miley likes to party too much, you really need to ask the question of where do you start. How about the time she got hammered the night before a show in Rio and bragged the next day about how she just performed the most hungover show of all time? Miley has also gone out to a strip club with Paris Hilton and the two reportedly spent about $10,000. As you know by this point, $10,000 may not seem like a lot of money but it's still a pretty party-hardy move.

Miley's biggest claim to drunk fame may have come from her 22nd birthday party. Miley went out to Factory Nightclub and had herself one hell of a party, including sex tops, a mechanical bull and more alcohol then you'd think possible in one venue. Given that her cake was donned with marijuana leaves, there was also probably some drug use involved in the night too. The real highlight came later that evening when Miley had gotten so drunk that she was seen dancing without her top on. Could you imagine if one of your female friends just all of a sudden got naked on the dance floor?

12. Paris Hilton - Spent $230,000 On Cocktails

Are you as shocked as I am that Paris likes to party? Well, maybe you'll be shocked when you find out that she spent $230,000 on cocktails when she was out partying with friends in New York City. Her group of 11 people all ordered one bottle of Patron, Cristal and Grey Goose, which, as you can imagine, can definitely ramp up the cost. You'll be happy to know that she left the staff a tip of $47,000.

Think that number is outrageous? How about the fact that Paris was paid $2.7 million for DJing for 4 days.

Paris has also struggled with the law, being served a DUI. Not to mention the fact that there are countless photos out there of her getting her drink on, which makes it clear that Paris is no stranger to partying.

11. Steve-O - Consumed Drugs Off Bloody Table

Steve-O has turned a corner and turned towards sobriety, and that's great to see, because he used to party way too hard. Steve-O admitted that during his time at university the only thing he cared about was partying and trying to do different things to get attention.

As he got older and his involvement with the Jackass (and other shows) grew, so did his addiction. The lowest of the low, came when Steve-O snorted drugs off of a blood-soaked table at his dealer's house. Yikes.

It is worth mentioning that if he was going to be doing half of the things that he did do on screen, having some alcohol or drugs in his system is probably going to make the entire experience all the easier to go through.

Steve-O also battled a sex addiction, which included a story in which a stripper came up to him and revealed that she had his name autographed onto her booty. What do you even say in a situation like that? There is no doubt that Steve-O used to make every single night a party.

10. Charlie Sheen - Being Charlie Sheen

If you think Charlie has just started partying in the 2000s, you'd be very wrong. When you call yourself a warlock, set yourself up with two women (one of whom work in adult entertainment) and have a drug-fueled breakdown, you definitely make it evident that you party just a little bit too hard!

Charlie's addiction to drugs cost him the role on Two and a Half Men and forever shattered his public image. At Sheen's peak partying days, he allegedly spent $1,400 a day on cocaine. On top of this, he was spending over $15,000 a month on call girls. As you can imagine, that's a lot of sex. Sheen estimates that he has slept with over 5,000 people.

There is also the time during a dental appointment, he pulled out a knife and threatened to kill his dentist and then grabbed her breast. Don't worry though, he was allegedly high on crack so it's all good.

While he had his peak as an actor, including the film Platoon in 1986, he was also drunk for most of his time on set as well. Of the filming, he stated, "We shot in New York City, so I'd be out to the bars every night till 3 am or 4 am, then try to show up for a 6am call."

There was also an overdose on cocaine in 1998, which clearly was not enough to ultimately detour him and his partying ways.

9. Lil' Wayne - Spent $250,000 At Strip Club

How do you know you've done a fantastic job as a stripper? How about when Lil Wayne drops literally tens of thousands of dollars on you. When Lil Wayne decided to attend Ace of Diamonds strip club after his original Grammy Awards after-party, he was paid $60,000 for his appearance. At least, that makes it easier to understand why he was able to drop those fat stacks.

Wayne was described as being the 2nd biggest celebrity who is into strip clubs. Who is number one? How about the person who dropped over $1 million in one night, but you'll have to scroll to see who that is!

There was also a moment back in 2011 when Wayne went to a strip club alongside Drake and had $250,000 changed into singles. He then proceeded to literally make it rain in the club with bills. You can imagine how devastated he would be when he was facing jail time, knowing that he probably wasn't going to be able to hit up the strip club!

8. Flavor Flav - Spent $2,600 A Day On Drugs, For Six Years

Do you know what time it is? Flavor Flav sure did! Yet for six years, no matter what time it was, it was drug time! In his autobiography, Flav stated that he would spend $2,600 a day on his drug habit and that he did this every single day, for six years. Doing the math, that works out to spending $5,696,600!

Flav's main drug of choice was cocaine and when he was arrested in 2015 and charged with a DUI, cocaine was found in his system. When he was pulled over, there was also an open bottle of Heineken and he mentioned to the officer that he had smoked weed not too long ago, as the car stunk of it. Talk about just setting yourself up for failure. I don't know any celebrity that would be popular enough to have gotten away with that.

I just can't imagine how on earth you would spend that amount of money on drugs every single day. Wouldn't there be a day in there when you'd have interviews or other things that maybe you only spend $1,000 that day?

7. Mike Tyson - Cocaine, Among Other Nasty Habits

Of all the things that you thought you were going to learn today, I bet you didn't expect to learn that Mike Tyson used to use a fake penis filled with someone's urine to circumvent drug-testing when boxing. As a result, he would occasionally be high during some of his major fights. What else do you expect from someone who confessed that he was a full-blown cokehead? The world was stunned when he lost in 2004 to Danny Williams, but it is a little less shocking when you find out he did drugs shortly before the fight.

There is also the infamous onstage brawl during a press conference in 2002 between Lennox Lewis and Mike Tyson, during which Tyson admitted to being on cocaine during. His rampant drug and alcohol use, as well as an affinity for prostitutes, caused Tyson to blow through a solid chunk of his boxing earnings, including one year in which he spent over $60 million on drugs and other extravagant purchases.

There was also a story in his autobiography about how he got so incredibly tanked that he had lost a suitcase that had $1 million dollars in it. Tyson had forgotten about it until one of his gofers found the suitcase a little over a week later. Tyson has had several run-ins with the law, including a DUI charge in 2007, as well as possession of cocaine.

Plus, honestly, is there anything in the entire world more terrifying than Mike in that photo? Who has the courage to take a picture of Mike Tyson literally seconds after he clearly did a serious amount of cocaine?

6. Rick Ross - Spent $1 Million At A Strip Club

Celebrities definitely love strip clubs, but perhaps nobody more than Rick Ross, who spent an astounding $1 million at the Miami strip club King of Diamonds for his birthday. The crew literally had to have a brinks truck arrive and supply them with more cash because the club literally had no more money to give them.

When talking about the night, Ross stated, "It’s nothing to go in there and have 50 ballplayers and some street dudes. It ain’t nothing to spend some real change in King of Diamonds. Well that night, we broke the club."

Ross states it's especially easy to go through money when, "You have 10 to 20 girls in each VIP section dancing for one guy who is throwing $30,000; $50,000."

5. Deryck Whibley - Nearly Died 5 Times

There are a lot of people on this list who party it up and don't suffer physically as a consequence (at least not yet). Deryck is not quite so lucky. The former lead singer of Sum 41, Deryck has nearly died 5 times in his life after his liver and his kidneys failed on him. He has been warned by doctors that even one more drink would be enough to kill him.

How did he get this way? Well, it didn't help that when he was hungover, he used Jack Daniel's as a cure. It also didn't help that they went on tour for three years. He has stated, "Usually, I start writing a new record right away, but this time I just said f**k it and started a party that kinda went for a year... Partying like that becomes the norm, that’s all you know and you don’t see any way around it."

Deryck was hospitalized for an extensive period of time that included him having to relearn how to walk.

A former guitar technician described Deryck and his lifestyle as being "a blur of Jack Daniel's and vodka, shitty European cocaine and non-stop partying." Such is the life of a rock star, I suppose.

4. Scott Storch - $17-30 Million On Drugs

Scott Storch is one of the biggest music producers of all time, working with artists like Snoop Dogg, Chris Brown, Christina Aguliera, Beyoncé and many more. As a result, he amassed a huge wealth; which he then partied away. Storch allegedly spent roughly $30 million on cocaine in under six months. How do you spend that much and not die? Derek Jackson, a producer manager, described how he "went from what his normal vices were to suddenly becoming a person who was infatuated with the drug."

Storch admits that all of his money did not go to drugs, though. He's stated, "[I had] 15 to 20 cars at all times. That’s not smart. I would take one of 15 half-million-dollar cars I owned and go to the mall and spend that much money."

3. Rick James - Tortured A Girl During A Binge

Thanks to Dave Chappelle, the name Rick James is going to make people smile more often than not. When you listen to the music, you can also understand why people can get down with James. You know what James got down with? Partying and drugs, and I mean, a lot of partying and drugs. As James was hitting his musical peak, he also discovered freebasing cocaine. He stated, "The physical exhilaration of smoking coke in pure form overpowered any semblance of sense I ever possessed.”

After James lost his mother to cancer, he went off the deep-end. Of that time, he's stated, "That meant orgies. That meant sadomasochism. That even meant bestiality. I was the Roman emperor Caligula. I was the Marquis de Sade.” So, basically, he spent time having sex with random women on floors of crack dens.

There was also the incident in which he and his wife held a 24-year-old girl hostage, burning her legs with a crack pipe during a week-long cocaine binge. He ended up spending two years in jail as a result.

While you would hope this would cause him to become clean, there were 9 different types of drugs found in his system when he died at the age of 56.

2. Phillip Seymour Hoffman - Died of Overdose

Robert Vineberg was arrested in New York a few days after the death of Phillip Seymour Hoffman. Hoffman, an outstanding actor, had suffered an overdose after battling a long-lasting heroin addiction. Vineberg was his long-time dealer, who stated that, at the time of his death, Hoffman was using more than double the normal amount of a typical heroin addict.

Could be part of the reason as to why police found Hoffman with a needle still in his arm and with 73 packets of heroin around him. Hoffman started using drugs shortly after he graduated from university in 1989, stating that “It was all that drugs and alcohol, yeah, It was anything that I could get my hands on… I liked it all.”

Friends who were close to the star state that Hoffman was spending upwards of $10,000 a month on heroin, as well as buying up to 50 bags at a time of the class A drug, Oxycontin.

1. Whitney Houston

Houston wanted to make one thing very clear about her drug use when she sat down with Diane Sawyer in 2002. She told Sawyer, "First of all, let's get one thing straight. Crack is cheap. I make too much money to ever smoke crack. Let's get that straight. Okay? We don't do crack. We don't do that. Crack is whack."

Well, at least she claimed to have had standards! What she also had, was a rampant drug addiction that tore apart her career and body. She was a superstar in the 80s and 90s, but by the late 90s, she was frequently late to appointments and would flat-out miss photoshoots and rehearsals. On top of that, she even cancelled concerts. Because, hey, who needs responsibilities?

Her drug use hit its highest in 1996, when she was doing drugs on a daily basis with Bobby Brown, her former husband. This included smoking marijuana that was laced with crack cocaine. Houston was found dead from drowning in her bathtub at the age of 48 due to "effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use."
