Have you ever wondered who among your list of celeb favorites has dated the most men? Or maybe, who has had the most flings? Or, who has daddy issues or commitment issues? Some of these names won't come as a surprise to you, but some will. Some have made this list simply because they keep taking risks on the wrong men, and others have made the list because they want to date as many guys (or gals) as they can at once without spinning out of control. Unsurprisingly, Taylor Swift is included in this list with her long list of former flames.

There are many actresses who have made the list because who wouldn't be tempted to get with a co-star? Unfortunately, some of these flings have ruined lives and marriages but others have led to real, lasting love. One of these women says monogamy is for liars, so her list of love interests is quite interesting. Then there are stars who you wouldn't think would have had such a variety of men in their past. Some hop from men to women, and one celeb has such a high number of exes for reasons you wouldn't expect. Prepare to be entertained as you read through Hollywood's list of its top female celeb serial daters.

Katy Perry: 11

You probably guessed that Katy Perry would be among the female celebrities on this list. Yes, she made it, but her number of exes is still far fewer than the rest. From 2005 to 2006, Katy dated Sons of Anarchy actor, Johnny Lewis, but broke up with him when her singing career skyrocketed at the end of 2006. He was the one who inspired her song, "The One That Got Away." Sadly, Lewis passed away September of 2012 after falling off of a roof. From 2007 to 2008, Katy dated Travie McCoy. Her song "Circle the Drain" was about their relationship. In early 2009, Katy was rumored to be dating Josh Groban, but the two never confirmed their relationship. In 2010, Katy married Russell Brand, but they divorced in December of 2011. "By the Grace of God" is one of her more emotional tracks written about what happened to their love.

In 2012, Katy was rumored to be dating French model, Baptiste Giabiconi, but she denied those claims. Also in 2012, Katy dated killer guitarist, Robert Ackroyd, but they flamed out quickly. From the end of 2012 through 2014, Katy dated John Mayer. The two seemed to be in love, but apparently love just wasn't enough. In 2013, while on and off again with John Mayer, Katy was rumored to be getting cozy with Twilight star, Robert Pattinson, but swore it was platonic. In April of 2014, she dated veteran and producer, Diplo, but then it just all disappeared. Also in 2014, Katy took Jared Leto to Coachella but they weren't seen together much after that. From 2016 until now, Katy and Orlando Bloom have been together, and they'll probably tie the knot soon.

Hayden Panettiere: 10

From 2006 to 2008, Hayden Panettiere dated Stephen Colletti, who starred on the reality show, Laguna Beach. In 2007, right in the middle of her relationship with Colletti, Hayden had a fling with her co-star, Evan Ross. From 2008 to 2009, Hayden dated her co-star on Heroes, Milo Ventimiglia. In 2009, right at the end of her relationship with Ventimiglia, Hayden got with Jesse McCartney. Also in 2009, Hayden was rumored to be dating British TV star, Steve Jones. After that, in 2009, Hayden dated businessman, Harry Morton. (She wasn't kidding when she said she was mingling that year!)

Later that year, Hayden cozied up to the actor, Kevin Connolly, but that relationship, like the others, didn't last long. Hayden then dated the Ukrainian professional boxer, Wladimir Klitschko. From 2011 to 2012, Hayden dated NFL player, Scotty McKnight, but then got back together with Wladimir Klitschko in 2013 and he popped the question. Wladimir and Hayden are still engaged. They have yet to tie the knot.

Charlize Theron: 10

From 1995 to 1997 Charlize Theron dated the American actor and singer, Craig Phillip Bierko. Then from 1998 to 2001, she dated musician/songwriter, Stephan Jenkins. In the year of 2000, while dating Stephen Jenkins, Charlize had a fling with George Clooney. From 2001 to 2010, directly after her breakup with Jenkins, Charlize started dating the actor, Stuart Townsend. They broke up after Charlize found out he had a secret family in Costa Rica.

From 2009 to 2010, while her relationship with Townsend was falling apart, Charlize found herself in a love affair with Keanu Reeves. In 2010, she was rumored to have had a relationship with the new actor, Jeremy Renner, but denied his claim stating they were "crazy about each other." In 2011, it was rumored that Charlize was hanging out with Ryan Reynolds, which no one was ever able to confirm. In 2012, she started seeing the actor, Alexander Skarsgard, but that flame blew out fast.

From 2013 to 2015, Charlize dated and eventually became engaged to, Sean Penn, but instead of tying the knot, they called it quits. There wasn't a horror story behind this one, the two just decided it wasn't what was best for them. In 2017, Charlize started seeing the actor, Eric Stonestreet. Ellen Page has had one of the most complicated dating histories of all the lady celebs on our list. From 2006 to 2008, Ellen dated the actor, Ben Foster. Then in 2008, she got with Frankie Muniz. Also in 2008, Ellen dated the British actor, Sam Riley. Then from 2008 to 2009, she dated the Canadian actor, Mark Rendall. In 2010, Ellen had a quick fling with the actor, Emile Hirsch. Then in 2011, Ellen dated Clea Duvall, a 40-year-old American actress. From 2012 to 2013, she dated the Swedish actor, Alexander Skarsgard.

We're not really sure when, but somewhere between 2013 and 2014, Ellen Page came out as a lesbian and started dating the actress, Shailene Woodley. In 2015, she dated a Canadian dancer by the name of Emma Portner. At the end of that relationship, also in 2015, Ellen started dating an artist, Samantha Thomas. Ellen is now married to Emma Portner, the same woman she previously had a relationship with back in 2015.

Amber Heard: 10

From 2004 to 2005, Amber Heard dated the Mexican director, Alejandro Gomez Monteverde. In 2005, she dated the Mexican actor, Valentino Lanus. In 2006, Amber dated the singer, Mark Wystrach. In 2007, she dated the actor Crispin Glover. From 2007 to 2008, Amber was in a pretty serious relationship with Sean Faris. In 2008, she also dated the actor, Austin Nichols. In 2009, Amber had a brief fling with the French producer, Arthur Wybrands. From 2008 to 2012, she was in a long-term relationship with the female photographer, Tasya vee Ree.

Jessica Simpson's first spotlight relationship was in 1998 with the actor, Jensen Ackles. Then came her famous relationship with Nick Lachey of the boy band, 90 degrees. The two met in 1999, married the same year and stayed together until 2006. The breakup, though hard, wasn't due to some major heartbreak. The two just weren't suited for each other, they said. You probably assumed Taylor Swift would be number #1 on this list, but you'll be surprised to learn that she's ranked quite low. Yes, it seems she's always talking about a different ex and writing songs about them, but her numbers aren't too ridiculous. In 2008, Taylor dated Joe Jonas of The Jonas Brothers. Her songs "Last Kiss," "Forever and Always," and "Holy Ground," were written about him. In 2009, she dated model and actor, Lucas Till, who broke up with her because he only saw her as a friend. She claims to have never written a song about him despite that fact. Also in 2009, Taylor had her famous relationship with Taylor Lautner of Twilight. "Back to December" was written about this "Taylor #2." At the close of 2009 through 2010, she was committed to John Mayer, who ended up breaking her heart. The only good thing that came of it was all of the songs Taylor put out about him.

Also in 2010, Taylor dated the actor and musician, Cory Monteith, whom she wrote "Mine" for. At the close of 2010 to 2011, she dated the actor, Jake Gyllenhaal, but ended it because he was "unreliable." From 2011 to 2012, Taylor dated the actor, Eddie Redmayne, but he claims it never happened. Ouch. Also in 2012, she dated Zach Efron. Their "relationship" lasted only two months. Scarlett Johansson: 13

Scarlett Johansson has a non-traditional way of viewing love. In a recent interview, she confessed that monogamy is unnatural and that she doesn't think she could ever commit to one person for long, and her dating history proves that. Scarlett has been linked to many more men than on this list, but here are those that she considered "boyfriends." Starting at the beginning, is Scarlett's high school romantic interest, Jack Antonoff, whom she went to prom with back in 2002.

Then in 2003, she dated Jude Law. From 2003 t0 2004, Scarlett dated the actor, James Holzier. Sometime between 2003 and 2004, when she was dating Holzier, Scarlett got with Benicio del Toro. At the close of 2004, she had another fling, this time with the actor, Patrick Wilson. From 2004 to 2005, Scarlett and the actor/songwriter/director, Jared Leto, were found inseparable.

From 2005 to 2007, she and Josh Hartnett were exclusively dating. In 2007, Scarlett was linked to Justin Timberlake after appearing in his music video for "What Goes Around Comes Around." From 2006 to 2009, Kate had a relationship with the actor, Owen Wilson. In the summer of 2007, while she and Owen were on a "break," Kate got with the actor, Dax Shepard. From 2001 to 2002, Drew was married to the actor/writer/comedian, Tom Green. Also in 2002, Drew got with the actor, Sam Rockwell. Around this time Drew was secretly seeing the actress, Heather Graham. In 2007, she was in a relationship with the actor/producer, Hugh Grant. In 2011, Drew met the actor, Will Kopelman. They were married in 2012 and had two children together, but divorced in 2016. Drew is back out there dating these days. Though there is no news yet as to who might currently have her heart.
